What's the name of an old sci-fi movie where people get zits and pimples in outer space?

I believe it's an early eighties movie. I can remember people on some
sort of space station getting these zits in their face and dying. And
one man wore a mask, and when he took it off he was covered in these
pimples. This was all in an outer space setting.
